The journey to find new land has not been easy. It has been three months since my beloved husband and friend passed away and I miss him dearly. I have not heard from my brother ever since my escape from the city of Tyre. I am gradually coping with my husband's loss while trying to find a way to forgive my brother because I do not want to hold hatred in my heart forever.

It is amazing how news can travel fast. While scrolling down my timeline, I discovered a few posts from my brother, Pygmalion. He had seized the throne and became King of Tyre, shortly after my arrival on the coast of Africa. Upon my arrival, Iarbas agreed to sell me as much land as the hide of a bull could cover. I was grateful to him and my husband, being that Acerbas had left me with a surplus of treasure.

I wasted no time in getting work done for the preparation of the land. Using a knife, I attempted to cut the bull's hide into thin strips in order to outline the large area of land. It was there that I decided to build the city of Carthage. The people greeted me with a warm welcome and referred to me as the Queen of Carthage.
Soon, Carthage became a prosperous city, thriving with an influx of people.
